Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms have specific meanings, which are defined here:

• "Platform" — refers to the 1bbet website, application, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has created an account on the platform or is using the services.
• "Account" — a personal account created through registration that gives a member access to 1bbet services.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be terminated. This policy also applies to operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. As part of the identity verification process, 1bbet may request supporting documents at any time. Providing false information may result in account closure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

1bbet currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum amount for a successful withdrawal is ৳800. Requests generally take 5–30 minutes to process. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.

3.3 Transaction Verification

1bbet reserves the right to verify any transaction for security and fraud prevention purposes. Processing of suspicious transactions may be delayed and additional information may be requested.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
• 1bbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities & Fair Use

5.1 Fraud & Deception

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited:

• Using a false identity or personal information.
• Using pre-planned betting strategies to fulfil bonus conditions.
• Playing games using software or automated systems.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.

5.2 Exploiting Technical Advantages

Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform is prohibited. If such an incident is detected, the related transactions will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback amounts are automatically credited to the account each week.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 1bbet

1bbet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.
• Extended inactivity.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. After submitting the request, contact us via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected] to confirm before the account is processed. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

1bbet operates as a safe and reliable platform. However, 1bbet accepts limited liability in the following situations:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
